UVU believes Education is power. Closing the achievement gap between Hispanic students and their peers is impairative if we going to lower drop out rates and have more enrollments to college. UVU also believes that educating in civics is key in the development of future advocates,leaders, and candidates in the community of Odessa and Ector County.
